| 1. | Q. How long does my dress take to arrive? A. If you are ordering bridesmaids dresses this process can take up to 12 weeks, so an early visit is highly recommended. However, we can place dresses on a rush order, which means that they can be delivered within 6 – 8 weeks, at an additional cost. |
| 2. | Q. Which dress style will suit me? A. We are totally dedicated to being 100% honest. We will tell you if your bum looks big in the dress.Our reputation depends on you looking fabulous. |

Large selection, all the leading designer brands, including My Lady Wedding Dresses, Ian Stuart Wedding Dresses, Justin Alexander Wedding Dresses, Romantica and many more. |
| 4. | Q. Do you sell off the peg? A. We do sell our stock off the peg, However, if you are purchasing bridesmaids dresses, these are all ordered individually in the correct sizes and colours needed. |
| 5. | Q. How do I pay? A. It very much depends on the garment you are buying; best advice is to call us for details. We accept cash, cheques and most major credit/ debit cards |
| 6. | Q Can my dress be altered? A. We have seamstresses who will complete your fitting service. She will discuss the costs individually. |
| 7. | Q. Can you colour match shoes? A. Yes we have a range of shoes which can be matched, just bring us a sample of your fabric, for you and your bridesmaids, and we will do the rest. |
| 8. | Q. Do I need an appointment? A. We advise an early appointment as we are an extremely busy shop. However, you are welcome to come and browse at anytime. We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays |
